Music As A Weapon Vendor FAQs
-How do I apply to be a vendor at the 2009 Music As A Weapon Tour?
Please send an email to Vendors@MusicAsAWeapon4.com that includes the date (s) you are interested in vending, a little bit about your company or the things you are looking to sell and a link to your website or photos of your products. If we feel that you are a good match for our festival, we will send you a Vendor Application.
-When and how do I pay my vendor fees?
Once your vendor application has been approved, our vendor coordinator will send you a link for payment. All of our payments are made securely through PayPal, and are to be paid at least 2 weeks prior to your show date.
-Are the vendor booths going to be set up indoors or outdoors?
The vendor area will be located in the outdoor festival area along with our sponsor world, the Headband for the Highway 2nd Stage and the Xtreme sports display. (Select dates will be indoors only, and we will let you know if the date you requested is an indoor only date.)
-What are the times of the event?
Vendor set-up will be at 12:00 noon, and the festival begins at 2:00 pm and lasts until roughly 8:00 pm depending on the particular date.
-What time does the main show start?
The main indoor show starts around 7:00 pm every night, but varies for different dates. If you have any questions about the main show, please check the website at www.MusicAsAWeapon4.com for more info. Please do not direct these questions to our vendor coordinator.
-Will I have to pay for parking?
Yes
-What is included in the vendor fee?
The vendor fee is paying for access to a booth space and permission to vend your wares in our festival area (Either 10x10 or 10x20). It does NOT include a tent, tables, electricity, or parking.
-Will there be electricity provided at my booth?
No. We will not be running individual electricity through the outdoor vendor area, if you for some reason need electricity at your booth, you will have to provide it yourself through a small generator.
-What happens if it rains at the show?
If it rains at your show and it prevents you from vending for at least 3 hours that day, we will refund your vendor fee minus a 6% non-refundable transaction fee. **This is held at the discretion of the tour's producers.
-Can I come out and set-up my booth at more than one Music As A Weapon date?
You must pay the vendor fee and be approved for each date you would like to participate and you may participate in as many dates as you would like (space permitting). Please include on your vendor application all of the dates that you are wanting to participate.
